The Tasman Glacier, New Zealand 2011

Photographed from a helicopter, the melting glacier has formed a lake that has the iconic colour of New Zealand’s glacial lakes. After a week spent in the mountains, I was flying out from the Kelman Hut at the head of the Tasman Glacier.
