The Photographer the Cook and the Fisherman

The Photographer, the Cook and the Fisherman tells the story of Tasmanian fishing. It is a collection of stories, photography, and recipes created by the Mures. The Bennetts (Richard Bennett is the Photographer) and the Mures (Jill Mure is the cook, George Mure is the Fisherman) have been friends for many years. They share a common interest in the sea, marine life and good food. This led them to produce a book that depicts their love of the sea and fine seafood. This beautiful hard-cover coffee table book has 208 pages. It was first published in 2002. The foreword is by Charles Wooley. Jill Mure and the late George Mure wrote the text.
